This role requires a 3D Product Designer to join the Product Development team. key responsibilities
- Create high-impact design solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
- Develop innovative and sustainable creative ideas and concepts.
- Lead graphic development for company initiatives, including training, events, campaigns, and social media.
- Manage multiple new product development (NPD) briefs concurrently, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Managers to understand job requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct semi-annual assessments of company layouts and accompanying facilities to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Accurately estimate and plan time for work completion.
- Ensure zero development failures related to various specifications and processes, including graphics development, tooling, and trial runs.
- Maintain a complete set of development records for all new products, including calendars, briefs, approvals, and validation reports.
- Adhere to and implement all Product Development SOPs.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to relevant managers for approval.
- Work with diverse media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD).
- Proofread diligently to produce accurate and high-quality work.

- Proficient in AutoCAD or Solidsworks.
- Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.
- Ability to estimate work completion time accurately and plan accordingly.
- Proficiency in design programs such as Illustrator or Photoshop
- Strong understanding of layout assessment and approval processes.
