about the job

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the strategic plan for the School of Business, in alignment with the college's overall vision.

  • Drive innovation in teaching, learning, and curriculum development.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among faculty and staff.

• Programme Management & Development:

  • Oversee the entire portfolio of business programmes, from diploma to degree levels.

  • Lead the design, development, and review of curricula to ensure they are market-relevant, innovative, and meet the standards of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and other professional bodies.

  • Monitor academic quality assurance processes and overall programme performance.

  • Identify and launch new, viable programmes that respond to industry trends.
