Design reporting templates and charts of accounts tailored to specific client business models.
Lead audit preparation by reviewing schedules and audit trails, serving as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
3. Financial Modeling & Strategy
Build robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and scenario planning.
Provide analytical insights and diagnostics to support client leadership in strategic decision-making and project evaluation.
4. Systems & Process Optimization
Recommend and implement suitable ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Xero) based on client complexity.
