Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes.
Ensure financial records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Establish, improve, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to uphold strong financial governance.
Drive strategic finance initiatives aimed at process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with banking partners to secure favorable financing solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop a finance team of 7–8 members, promoting a collaborative, accountable, and growth-focused work environment.
Advocate for and implement automation and digital tools to enhance and streamline financial operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close.
Strong auditing background with expertise in internal controls, compliance frameworks, and financial governance.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of developing and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically while handling day-to-day responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effective in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulatory requirements.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
Prior experience in the food & beverage or retail sector is a significant advantage.
