Role Overview:
First Point of Contact: Manages the reception area, handling visitors, calls, and mail.
Administrative & Financial Support: Maintains office inventory, tracks utility bills, and helps with expense claims and records.
Logistics & Coordination: Organizes meetings, events, and transportation for staff and guests.
HR & Office Support: Compiles monthly attendance records for HR and ensures the office is clean and functional. Provides general administrative help as needed.
Must-Haves:
Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Adaptable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Mandatory: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (need to liaise with China based clients).
