You will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities to support business operations efficiently and cost-effectively. Depending on your level of experience, you may also be involved in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and leading procurement initiatives.
key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services in accordance with company policies
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and value creation
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply or quality issues
- Support procurement planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and logistics
- For managerial level: Lead procurement projects, develop sourcing strategies, and mentor junior team members
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–10 years of procurement or sourcing experience (role level will be matched to experience)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an added advantage
