We are partnering with multiple established organisations across various industries, including manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy and etc. Due to business expansions and strategic hiring plans, we are supporting them in sourcing for Procurement Managers & Procurement Directors.
About the Role:
- Depending on the level, you will be involved in end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier development, and strategic procurement planning.
- Open Roles May Include: Assistant Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager, Senior Procurement Manager, Head of Procurement
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (direct or indirect materials/services)
- Identify and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, project teams)
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 10 years experience in procurement
- Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy or related industries is preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
