Job Title: Analyst (SAP MM/Ariba)
Location : Kuala Lumpur

about the job

Act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) for SMS, SAP, Concur, and ARIBA, supporting both internal IT teams and external vendors.
Provide Level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring all incidents and service requests meet strict SLA targets.
Perform hands-on system customization, configuration, and monitoring of error notifications to maintain optimal performance.
Promote SAP best practices and act as an "SAP Ambassador" to increase system proficiency and adoption across the user base.
Develop and deliver business process training to end users across various ASPAC locations to ensure smooth system integration.
Partner with Lead Analysts and business stakeholders to align functional delivery with broader finance and organizational goals.

skills and experience required

Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
2-4 years of experience in regional system support, specifically focusing on SAP MM, Concur, and ARIBA.
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and cloud-based procurement solutions.
