about the job
... - Lead the conceptualisation and schematic design for infrastructure and station components; ensure integration across track, signalling, and rolling stock systems.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies (e.g., alignment selection, operational analysis) and formulate proposals for submission to Regulatory Authorities.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all tender documentation, schedules, and technical specifications for railway systems and permanent way materials.
- Provide technical leadership in design development, ensuring competency in track-structure interaction and managing critical rail corridor interfaces.
- Liaise, coordinate, and manage relationships with Railway Operators, government Authorities, the Client's leadership, and the multi-disciplinary team.
skills & experience required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture
- Experience in working on railway projects will have a big advantage
- Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred.
- Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary.
