As the Business Development Director - ASEAN, your esponsibilities are:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for ASEAN, aligned with the company’s broader Asia growth goals.
- Take full ownership of the ASEAN BD portfolio, ensuring profitability, margin protection, and long-term growth.
- Position the company as a trusted partner for governments, consultants, contractors, and private developers across the region.
- Represent the brand at key industry platforms to enhance market presence and drive thought leadership.
- Lead major bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, safeguarding the company’s commercial and legal interests.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing BD teams throughout ASEAN markets.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and BU-level teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive revenue targets.
skills and requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Brings over 12 years of experience in the geotechnical, civil, or infrastructure sectors, including demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experienced in managing or contributing to regional project portfolios.
- Open to both local and international travel as required
