2. Financial Analysis, Forecasting & Cost Efficiency

Lead the forecasting and budgeting cycles, integrating finance operations with business strategy to provide forward-looking data.
Conduct in-depth financial reporting and variance analysis, working closely with executive teams to share insights, optimize operational cost efficiency, and reduce expenses across the business.
Analyze and prepare financial statements for consolidation purposes, including necessary schedules for tax compliance.
Present detailed financial reports and highlight potential risk areas to senior management, supporting data-driven strategic decisions.

Act as the primary liaison and engagement point for external professional parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, and the Company Secretary.
Ensure timely and substantive responses to internal and external audit recommendations, taking ownership of the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
Responsible for the preparation of all supporting audit schedules and documentation required for external reviews, ensuring full statutory compliance.

Education: Minimum LCCI diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in the manufacturing sector handling full sets of accounts.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the SAP system or other major ERP systems is required.
Skills: Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
