About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to join the Food Category team. This role is a sole contributor and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting brand strategy and executing marketing initiatives to drive top-line growth and brand equity. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of campaigns and product initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of brand campaigns across various platforms, including ATL, BTL, and digital.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the smooth rollout of marketing activities.
Manage in-store marketing tools, such as point-of-sale materials, product displays, and promotions.
Track brand performance by analyzing sales data, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
Support the planning and execution of new product launches and updates.
Monitor and track the A&P budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare post-mortem reports for campaigns and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to align on channel strategies and promotions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within the food or beverage categories.
Proven experience in managing agency partners and executing 360-degree campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for brand building.
