About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support brand-building activities and product marketing efforts across a growing portfolio. This role provides great exposure to 360° marketing, new launches, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, and in-store platforms.
Work closely with the Brand Manager on new product development, market analysis, and innovation tracking.
Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Support budget tracking, A&P allocation, and marketing calendar planning.
Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams on GTM alignment.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare marketing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in handling agencies and supporting new product launches is a plus.
