The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Group’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline. This is a strategic opportunity for a technical expert to transition into a commercial role, overseeing the end-to-end financial health of a listed property group.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit & Tax Management: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring smooth year-end audits and corporate tax submissions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow projections, and feasibility studies for new property development projects.
Governance & Compliance: Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and group policies.
Requirements
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting or audit.
External Auditors are Welcome: We strongly encourage Assistant Managers or Senior Associates from Big 4 or Mid-Tier Audit firms to apply. If you have a strong grasp of MFRS and a desire to move into a commercial environment.
Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (experience with property management software is a plus).
Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, listed company environment.
