About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to spearhead integrated brand campaigns and drive consumer engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will lead impactful marketing initiatives, take ownership of cross-functional projects, manage budgets, and drive data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute comprehensive brand campaigns across traditional (ATL, BTL) and digital media channels.
Elevate Consumer Engagement: Develop and manage strategies to build brand perception and cultivate strong consumer loyalty.
Lead Project Management: Own end-to-end management of complex marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.
Drive Influencer Strategy: Identify, onboard, and manage KOL/influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Oversee Public Relations: Support and implement P.R. strategies, including media outreach and the development of compelling press releases.
Monitor Performance & ROI: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, ROI metrics, and consumer insights to constantly optimize marketing spend and strategies.
Support Innovation Launches: Collaborate on the launch of new products, from initial planning stages through to post-performance review.
Master Digital Execution: Directly manage the execution of key digital marketing functions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Create Brand Content: Conceptualize and collaborate with creative teams to develop memorable marketing events and engaging brand content.
Inform Strategic Decisions: Conduct rigorous consumer behavior analysis, competitive intelligence, and market research to provide strategic direction for the brand.
Requirements
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree is mandatory in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Nutrition Science, or a closely related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in branding, marketing, or campaign management roles.
Industry Preference: Previous experience in the FMCG, F&B, or consumer goods sector is highly advantageous.
Digital Fluency: Demonstrable, hands-on expertise with digital marketing tools, social media marketing platforms, and data analytics.
Core Competencies: Proven skill set in influencer marketing, P.R., rigorous project management, and campaign performance analysis.
Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel for marketing activities and events as required
