About the Job:
Support the overall planning, execution, and completion of property development projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and oversight of construction and development activities.
- Contributing to feasibility studies and project strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and supporting budget management.
- Liaising with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.) under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Assisting in the oversight of mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches.
- Supporting the implementation of quality control processes and inspections.
- Contributing to the preparation of project status reports.
- Maintaining project documentation.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in property development.
- Solid understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in liaising with authorities, consultants, and contractors is an advantage.
