about the job

• Prepare comprehensive sales reports for senior management, providing constructive feedback to inform strategy.
• Guide the team in conducting market surveys to help formulate effective sales strategies.
• Initiate, plan, and execute marketing activities, ensuring they are monitored and completed on schedule.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Work with the Sales Administrator to monitor progress billings and payment collections, engaging directly with purchasers when necessary.
• Ensure all sales and marketing actions align with the company's internal quality and ISO standards.
• Oversee the timely preparation and execution of legal documents for sales and ensure all documentation is organised for internal and external use.

skills and requirements

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in the property market is required.
