Provide mentorship on project endeavors and clarify assignment criteria.
Craft and administer assessments that harmonize with learning objectives.
Offer personalized feedback during consultations to enrich their educational journey.
Undertake scholarly research, publish findings, and present at prestigious conferences, alongside fulfilling departmental and university commitments.

skills & experience required

A relevant PhD from a recognized institution.
Registration with a professional body such as Board of Engineers Malaysia is required.
Professional qualification (PEng, IPEA/APEC Engineer) or those progressing towards the qualification are desirable.
Having knowledge in Vibration, Dynamic Systems and Control, Renewable Energy System Management, Hydrogen Technology Systems Design, and Advanced or Smart Manufacturing.
Having experience in establishing and developing significant partnerships between academia and industry is an advantage.
Proven track record of substantial high-quality research output with significant impact and leadership in research.
