about the job
- Manage customer relations: Develop and improve policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle project handovers: Plan and execute the delivery of vacant possession to customers, ensuring all documentation is ready and compliant.
- Oversee defect management: Monitor and resolve all identified defects, from validation to final completion.
- Provide excellent customer service: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Supervise contractors: Coordinate contractor schedules and provide performance feedback.
- Report on project status: Prepare regular reports on defect rectification and other project updates.
- Conduct inspections: Lead pre-delivery and readiness inspections to ensure quality.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with a property developer.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Can work 6 days a week.
