Portfolio Management: Take ownership of a diverse and dynamic portfolio of clients operating across multiple sectors in Singapore and Australia, including IFRS and local GAAP reporting.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing audit teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders, building long-term, trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
Quality & Risk: Ensure the highest quality of audit delivery, adherence to international auditing standards, and effective management of engagement risk.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with partners and teams in various regional offices to deliver seamless, integrated services to multinational clients.
Requirements
... We're seeking a driven and technically astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Experience: You have at least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in external audit within a reputable public accounting firm.
Leadership: Proven experience managing multiple audit engagements concurrently and leading teams of at least 5-10 staff members.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Singapore/Australian accounting and auditing standards is essential.
Global Mindset: Excellent communication, cross-cultural, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Asia-Pacific operations is a significant advantage.
