Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a Big 4 / Big 10 APAC Audit Firm. We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead engagements across the Malaysia, Singapore, and wider APAC markets.
This is your chance to manage a regional portfolio without the silos of the traditional Big 4.
Your Responsibilities
... Regional Portfolio: Manage a diverse mix of clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and APAC (IFRS & Local GAAP).
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing audit teams (5–10 staff) to ensure technical excellence.
Client Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders, identifying value-add opportunities beyond standard compliance.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with international partners to deliver seamless cross-border services.
The Requirements
Experience: 4–7 years of post-qualification external audit experience (Big 4 / Top 10 preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and lead teams.
Technical Skills: Strong command of IFRS; familiarity with MY or SG reporting standards.
Mindset: Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of managing cross-cultural stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
Professional Qualification: Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
Audit Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of external audit experience, ideally within a Big 4 or Top 10 practice.
Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of IFRS, MFRS (Malaysia), and SFRS (Singapore) is essential.
Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing teams of 5–10 staff and overseeing multiple audit engagements concurrently.
Regional Mindset: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments across APAC.
Drive: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for client service and mentoring junior staff.
