What You'll Be Doing
Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive financial statement audits for a wide range of clients, from private companies to international corporations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of audit professionals, ensuring their professional growth and the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a key advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and building trusted relationships to support their business growth.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all audit work adheres to professional standards (MFRS, IFRS) and internal methodologies, maintaining the highest level of audit quality.
Business Advisory: Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to clients, offering practical recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
You hold a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
You possess a comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards (ISAs) and financial reporting standards (MFRS, IFRS).
You have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You are a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mind and an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
