about the job
- Manage the end-to-end BIM implementation process.
- Oversee technical documentation and drawing coordination for tender submissions.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and supporting documents on schedule.
- Coordinate with management to meet project-specific BIM requirements.
- Enforce and maintain the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
- Monitor model health and workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate technical requirements effectively with all external project partners and authorities.
requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineerg, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience related to BIM
- Junior applicants at 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply
- High proficiency in Revit and Autocad
