bms engineer – ignition (scada/automation).

We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Inductive Automation Ignition to support, maintain, and enhance our data center Building Management Systems. The candidate will work across MEP/BMS devices, SCADA dashboards, controls logic, and OT integrations to ensure high availability and stable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Ignition Gateway, Tag Configurations, UDTs, MQTT modules, OPC-UA, and BMS field devices. They must be capable of working independently in mission-critical environments.

● Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Ignition SCADA (Gateway, Perspective/ Vision, Tags,
UDTs, scripting).
● Integrate OT and BMS devices (HVAC, PAC, CRAC, Chillers, UPS, PDUs, Electrical Panels).
● Support BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA connectivity and device-level communication.
● Develop and maintain dashboards, alarms, historical trends, and real-time monitoring logic.
● Perform L2 troubleshooting across BMS systems and coordinate with OEM/L3 when
required.
● Manage system upgrades, module deployments, and configuration backups.
● Ensure data integrity, uptime, and regulatory compliance for BMS systems.
● Document system architecture, network diagrams, configuration changes, and SOPs.
● Work closely with Electrical/Mechanical teams for daily operations and incident response.
● Support integration with IoT platforms, MQTT brokers, and analytics pipelines.
