About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Management Manager to lead brand strategy and execution. This role involves creating and executing brand strategies and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. You will be responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns, tracking brand performance metrics, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to manage campaigns and projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Management: Create and execute brand strategies while analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams to develop creative content and advertisements.
Brand Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics and consumer feedback. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand the target audience's behavior, preferences, and demographics, and provide insights to refine marketing efforts.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee all events to build brand loyalty and represent the brand at industry and customer-facing events.
Digital Presence: Monitor social media channels and campaigns, ensuring the brand voice is consistent across online platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage campaigns and projects.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
