About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a fast-growing product line within the food category. As Brand Manager, you will develop and execute impactful brand strategies and drive bold innovation that resonates with Malaysian taste preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Define target consumers using data-driven insights and develop brand propositions that align with local flavour trends.
Lead end-to-end brand planning, from consumer insights to execution, ensuring relevance and differentiation in a competitive market.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Marketing, to design effective in-store experiences and promotional strategies.
Develop and execute bold, disruptive marketing campaigns that elevate the brand’s unique identity.
Drive innovation and renovation pipelines for the spicy product range to meet evolving consumer needs.
Oversee budget management and ensure efficient use of marketing investment.
Collaborate closely with creative agencies to deliver engaging, impactful communications and digital content.
Monitor brand performance and market trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
Demonstrated success in managing bold and flavour-centric innovation campaigns.
Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High level of energy, creativity, and consumer empathy.
