Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering
Requirement Elicitation: Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and formal sessions to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
Technical Translation: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
Agile Documentation: Create clear user stories, well-defined acceptance criteria, use cases, and detailed process flow diagrams.
Analytical Thinking: Perform gap analysis and impact analysis to identify potential risks or improvements in existing systems and workflows.
Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and validation to ensure the final product aligns with initial requirements.
Traceability: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) throughout the project lifecycle to ensure no scope is lost.
Project Management & Delivery
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews/retrospectives.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on schedule.
Execution & Accountability: Ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget while monitoring team performance and driving accountability.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, managing expectations across multiple departments and levels of leadership.
Required Skills
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a combined hybrid role.
Methodologies: Strong expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, and system integrations to facilitate better communication with developers.
Tools: Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or Monday.com).
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
