 As the Assistant Manager, Business Development: 
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential joint venture partners, focusing on condominium, serviced apartment, and landed housing segments.
 - Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling to evaluate potential development opportunities.
 - Analyse residential market trends including supply-demand, pricing, transaction data, and macroeconomic factors.
 - Assist in negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, and preparation of investment proposals for management approval.
 - Support documentation processes and coordinate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders.
 - Take initiatives in discussing important strategies including sales & marketing, finance with the partners.
 
skills and requirements
- Bachelor degree in real estate, project management or equivalent qualification 
 - With 5 years of experience in the real estate industry 
 - Knowledge in real estate development, regulations and processes  
 - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work well in multicultural and multi-disciplinary setting
