About the Job
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s project sales footprint within the Klang Valley. You’ll actively engage with new and existing clients, provide technical and commercial guidance, and manage the full sales cycle to ensure project success from proposal to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches
- Prepare and follow through on proposals, tenders, and project bids
- Conduct site visits and participate in project discussions when necessary
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct training and product briefings for clients
Skills & Experience Required
- Years of experience in project sales or business development
- Background in the construction, M&E, or building materials industry preferred
- Confident in presenting, negotiating, and building client trust
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
