About the Job
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the construction and M&E sectors. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders while promoting tailored solutions that align with client requirements and project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and grow the client base in the assigned territory
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from proposal to negotiation and deal closure
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and after-sales service
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, piping, HVAC, or mechanical equipment
- Willingness to travel for client visits and project follow-ups
- Own transport and valid driving license required
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field preferred
