This role will report directly to the business owner. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating the company's B2B sales growth by securing retail partnerships and listings across pharmacies, health & wellness chains, department stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, ecommerce marketplaces, etc. You will be instrumental in building a strong retail presence, creating strategic opportunities, and elevating the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach and secure new retail partnerships to carry the company's products
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective retail clients through market research, networking, and outreach
- Lead end-to-end listing process including commercial negotiations, margin agreements, and promotional planning
- Deliver compelling presentations to buyers and category managers, showcasing product benefits, brand story, and market potential
Job Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of relevant FMCG experience.
- Experience with skin care / health / beauty products will be an added advantage
- Entrepreneurial minded individuals are encouraged to apply!
