This senior role is pivotal in identifying and securing new land bank opportunities, evaluating potential developments, and managing the entire cycle from feasibility studies to deal execution and asset oversight. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry knowledge, strong negotiation capabilities, and a well-established network within the property and investment sectors.

• Land Acquisition & Investment Strategy: The role involves leading the identification, appraisal, and securing of strategic land parcels and assets (acquisition or disposal) that align with the Group’s long-term development goals.

• Project Feasibility & Pipeline Management: Conduct rigorous market analysis, trend forecasting, and financial feasibility studies to validate and manage a robust development pipeline.

• Stakeholder & Partnership Negotiation: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with landowners, government bodies, investors, joint venture partners, and key industry stakeholders. Structure and lead negotiations for complex business deals and agreements.

• Financial & Risk Oversight: Collaboration with finance teams on the development of detailed financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Proactively identify and manage commercial and regulatory risks across new business ventures.
