Lead the development and implementation of marketing, branding, and client experience strategies aligned with corporate goals and measurable outcomes.
Design and implement initiatives that elevate service standards, improve client satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Manage and guide the marketing, branding, and communications team, ensuring effective collaboration across functions to meet shared objectives.
Maintain and strengthen the Group’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation across all platforms.
Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media and content strategies, to grow brand awareness and engagement online.
Monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adapt strategies proactively
Establish KPIs, track results, and report progress to the Group CEO and Board Management.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal return on investment.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and Public Relations activities to enhance brand visibility.

skills and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, client experience, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in crafting and executing impactful marketing, branding, and client engagement strategies at a corporate level.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, analytic, public relations, and community engagement best practices.
Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and delivering cost-efficient marketing initiatives
