about the job
... - Lead the company's property development business, including strategic planning, execution, and project delivery.
- Focus on multi-location projects in Klang Valley (residential and commercial) and the northern region (township).
- Represent the company in all engagements with the board, stakeholders, government bodies, authorities, landowners, and financial institutions.
- Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs), such as approvals, construction progress, procurement, sales take-up, and cash flow.
- Oversee and manage cross-functional departments, including project management, procurement, and sales & marketing.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, and internal governance policies.
- Advise the headquarter on key decisions, including project phasing, land optimization, and cost control.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in property development, with at least 5 years in a C-suite position.
- Proven leadership in managing projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than RM500 million in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of multi-location project planning, authority processes, and commercial viability.
- Practical understanding of construction scheduling, planning guidelines, and infrastructure approvals.
