About the Role:
As a client solution, you will be a key player in fostering strong client relationships, translating client challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our HR solutions. You will work closely with our delivery team to deliver exceptional value and drive client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
... - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Needs Assessment & Analysis: Proactively engage with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Solution Development & Presentation: Design and develop tailored solutions, leveraging our products/services, to address specific client needs. Clearly and effectively present these solutions to clients.
- Implementation & Onboarding (if applicable): Guide clients through the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and quick time-to-value.
- Technical Expertise & Support (adjust based on role seniority/focus): Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our [products/services/platform]. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide feedback for product/service improvement.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key client success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively suggest ways to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, solutions, and progress. Prepare reports on client status and solution effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field - e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology] or equivalent practical client solution or sales experience.
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Solutions, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Business Analysis].
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, developing and implementing solutions, achieving client retention or growth targets and closing deals with corporate clients.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in in contracting sales or HR solutions but other industry is open as well.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
- Plus if currently working in the tech sales space.
