About the Role
Cloud Success Lead: Act as the primary technical partner for clients, ensuring their cloud environments are high-performing, secure, and cost-effective within the CSP’s ecosystem.
Cloud Consulting: Provide surface level guidance on cloud-native design and workload placement to help clients leverage the full potential of the platform.
Cost Management (FinOps): Conduct regular reviews of cloud spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings through right-sizing, reserved instances, and optimization.
Technical Governance: Oversee cloud landing zones and governance frameworks to ensure clients remain compliant with security standards and industry regulations.
Migration Advocate: Partner with clients during their cloud journey, moving from initial assessment through to steady-state operations and modernization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role specifically within a Cloud Service Provider or SI environment
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, including networking, identity management (IAM), and managed services like Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
Mandatory Certifications: Professional-level certifications in at least one major cloud platform, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
Financial & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using cloud billing and monitoring tools to perform cost analysis and resource optimization.
- Strategic Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with engineers while also presenting strategic roadmaps to executive leadership (CxO).
