about the job

• Lead and manage the collections team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop strategies to improve collections, reduce overdue accounts, and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations, including account follow-ups, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Drive process improvements and implement tools to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
• Handle escalated cases and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve account issues.
• Assess account risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.

• open to work night shift (9pm-6am)
• extensive Collection experience with shared services industry
• experience managing a team
• good in dispute resolution
