As a commercial sales account manager in the printing and IT services industry you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue. You must demonstrate a take charge attitude, possess strong communication skills, and have relevant industry knowledge.
your primary duties include:
- Prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to build a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our customized Printing/IT service value proposition.
- Staying sharp on industry trends, analyzing the market, and preparing accurate, compelling proposals and quotations.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
