About the Job
The Company is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Project Manager or Construction Manager to play a critical role in overseeing and executing its landed housing projects from ground-breaking to handover. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Managing and coordinating site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality workmanship.
Conducting regular site inspections, identifying potential technical or site issues, and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to implement solutions.
Read shop drawing, monitoring and tracking project progress, preparing necessary site documentation, and reporting updates to the Project Manager.
Ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards on site.

The role requires working closely with the Project Manager, site supervisors, M&E coordinators, and Quantity Surveyors. Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of working experience in building construction, with significant experience on landed housing projects being highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage and lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills related to residential construction.
Self-motivated, excellent organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work 6 full days, able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in basic computer applications for report writing and emailing.
