About the Job
The Company is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Project Manager or Construction Manager to play a critical role in overseeing and executing its landed housing projects from ground-breaking to handover. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Managing and coordinating site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality workmanship.
- Conducting regular site inspections, identifying potential technical or site issues, and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Read shop drawing, monitoring and tracking project progress, preparing necessary site documentation, and reporting updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards on site.

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of working experience in building construction, with significant experience on landed housing projects being highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills related to residential construction.
- Self-motivated, excellent organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work 6 full days, able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for report writing and emailing.
