about the role
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of contract and commercial management across building projects — from tender stage to final account.
- Oversee pre- and post-contract management activities
- Handle tendering, contract review, claims, variations, and cost control
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters
- Manage progress claims, payments, and final accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors
skills required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building projects (residential/commercial)
- Strong knowledge of contract administration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
