about the job
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from pre-contract (tender, bidding, cost estimation) to post-contract (claims, final accounts) for high-rise or industrial construction projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contract conditions, and subcontractor agreements in line with PAM or similar standard forms of contract.
- Evaluate tenders, conduct risk assessments, and lead negotiation processes to secure favourable terms.
- Manage contract execution and administration, including progress payments, variations (VO), extension of time (EOT) claims, and cost control reporting.
- Provide contractual advice to internal stakeholders (e.g., project team, commercial team, management) on project risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all contract matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal teams to resolve disputes and issues effectively.

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will lead and manage a dynamic contract management team.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
- At least 8 years of contract management experience
- Prior experience in high-rise or industrial projects
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
