We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding leader in the clean energy sector. This role is a key part of the team responsible for executing corporate financing transactions and managing the financial health of large-scale energy projects. You will provide actionable reporting and deep financial insights to support executive decision-making during a critical period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Corporate Financing: Assist in the execution of financing transactions, including managing due diligence data rooms and reviewing complex financing documents.
Advanced Financial Modeling: Design and implement robust financial models to forecast operating results, perform asset valuations, and conduct sensitivity analyses.
PPA Management (Core Focus): Lead the financial evaluation and monitoring of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring clear visibility into their long-term cash flow impact and bankability.
Strategy & Planning: Support the annual corporate budgeting process and the development of long-range financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present executive reporting packages, tracking actual performance against budget/forecast for major capital and O&M drivers.
Core Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, or FP&A, ideally within the power or utilities industry.
PPA Proficiency: Solid understanding of PPA delivery structures (Physical vs. Virtual), pricing mechanisms (Fixed-for-Floating models), and typical risk allocation terms.
Technical Skills: Exceptional MS Excel skills and deep experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate complex market dynamics—such as supply-demand trends and regulatory changes—into strategic financial recommendations.
