Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven professional to join our team as a Data Scientist. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Machine Learning models and advanced Statistical Modeling frameworks to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Design and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
Statistical Analysis: Apply rigorous statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference) to validate data patterns and project outcomes.
Predictive Analytics: Build predictive and prescriptive models to drive customer insights, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Data Strategy: Collaborate with Data Engineers to refine data collection processes and ensure the integrity of datasets used for modeling.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Data Science or Quantitative Analyst role.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced programming skills in Python or R.
Expertise in ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in probability, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
