about the job
Reporting to Head of Business Division
Key accountabilities:
- To identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and task are carried out efficiently
- To build partnership and liaise with outlet managers/area coach to deliver food in time
- To manage all restaurant online deliveries from GrabFood, FoodPanda, ShopeeFood, and any other e-commerce portals
Skills & experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years experience in operation/sales and delivery management within the Retail F&B industry
- Experienced in handling sales/delivery
- Experienced in estimating departmental requirements, preparing budgets and scheduling
- Great communication skills & analytical thinking
