- Project Initiation & Feasibility: Conduct detailed feasibility studies (financial modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis) to determine project viability and potential ROI.
- Manage the entire land acquisition and due diligence process, including site selection, zoning compliance, and entitlement procedures.
- Execution & Financial Control: Oversee the project management and construction phase, tracking schedules, managing contracts, and monitoring quality control.
- Maintain rigorous budgetary and cash flow control, identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the development timeline.
- Stakeholder & Sales: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, community groups, and internal leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate the project's strategy for successful leasing or disposal of the completed product.
skills or qualifications needed
- Degree in Civil Eng is preffered
- 10 years experience as project manager/ development manager
- Experienced with end to end development management
- Independant & fast thinker
