About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Digital Marketing talent to join our growing e-commerce team. This role will take ownership of both live selling and social media initiatives, driving online visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital touchpoints. If you're passionate about building brand presence, connecting with audiences in real time, and creating content that sells, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Live Selling

Plan, host, and manage live selling sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee Live.
Work with internal teams to select and prepare product line-ups and promotions for each session.
Analyze live performance metrics (viewership, conversion, engagement) and optimize accordingly.
Coordinate setup, technical requirements, and logistics for smooth live executions.

Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute strategic content plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other emerging platforms.
Manage the day-to-day content calendar, postings, and community engagement.
Track and report on KPIs, including engagement rates, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
Collaborate with designers and the merchandising team to create scroll-stopping, brand-aligned visual and video content.
Identify and work with influencers/KOLs to expand brand reach and authenticity.
Stay updated on digital trends and best practices, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative agency environments.
Experience with live selling (on-camera or behind the scenes) and social media strategy is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
Basic photography/videography or content production skills are a plus.
Passionate, independent, and creative with strong attention to detail.
