As a DLP Analyst within our Group Security Operations Center, you will be the main person in the fight against insider threats and data leakage. This is a critical operational role focused on protecting sensitive financial and customer data for UOB.
Key Responsibilities
Lead DLP Operations: Drive the continuous monitoring, analysis, and investigation of data leakage incidents and insider threats.
Policy and Compliance: Design and enforce robust DLP policies that adhere to strict banking regulations, including PCI DSS, PDPA, and GDPR.
Incident Response: Oversee the full incident response lifecycle for data leakage events, from initial detection to remediation and reporting.
Strategic Oversight: Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements to the DLP strategy, tooling, and automation to enhance our security posture.
Leadership and Mentorship: Coordinate with various teams including Compliance, Risk, and Legal on investigations and audits. You will also mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
