About the Role
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from writing compelling copy to executing and analyzing performance. This role requires a hands-on specialist confident in building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the weekly email marketing calendar with 3-4 campaigns/newsletters.
Write and build engaging campaigns including newsletters, webinar invites, product updates, and promotions.
Segment and maintain the email database using HubSpot or similar platforms.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and layouts to optimize engagement.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs) and iterate campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to align content and distribution.
Maintain list hygiene through regular cleaning and validation.
Support contact acquisition efforts via landing pages and podcast CTAs.
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in email marketing, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
Strong copywriting skills focused on clarity, brevity, and conversion.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar email automation tools.
Ability to create email visuals using Canva, Figma, or equivalents.
Experience with generative AI tools for content creation is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership over campaign workflows.
