The Enterprise Architect (EA) is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and maintaining the comprehensive technical blueprint of the organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy and scalable, secure technology solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Roadmap across all domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology).
Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance policies across the enterprise.
Translate executive business strategy into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural opportunities.
Lead the design and modernization of complex enterprise platforms, specializing in cloud migration and application rationalization.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to maximize business value.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt, ensuring security and regulatory compliance are built into every design.

Essential Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years in a dedicated Enterprise or Domain Architect role.
Proven expertise in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Deep knowledge across architecture domains: Application (Microservices, Event-Driven), Data (Data Lakes, Data Mesh), and Cloud Infrastructure.
Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and certifications are highly desirable.
