Core Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Roadmap across all domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology).
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance policies across the enterprise.
- Translate executive business strategy into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural opportunities.
- Lead the design and modernization of complex enterprise platforms, specializing in cloud migration and application rationalization.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to maximize business value.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt, ensuring security and regulatory compliance are built into every design.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years in a dedicated Enterprise or Domain Architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge across architecture domains: Application (Microservices, Event-Driven), Data (Data Lakes, Data Mesh), and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and certifications are highly desirable.
