- To lead and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Managers to achieve the common business goal. This includes providing a clear direction, championing change, influencing others, and creating an environment that fosters professional and personal success.
- To lead sales team to collaborate with solution consultants to develop account plans and business growth for key enterprise customers.
- To sign up new customers from assigned sectors/industries.
- To initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction.
- To individually coach, mentor, and develop account managers to enhance their performance. This includes coaching both sales skills and sales strategy, evaluating performance, and providing individual mentoring and development plans

about the requirements
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven track record in enterprise solution sales, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience working with Utilities, GLC customers, and channel partners is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates pro activity and assertiveness. Capable of working independently, leading, and developing a sales team.
- Proficient in managing the enterprise sales cycle, including key account development and sector sales development.
- Ability to establish trust with senior executives of customers and independently generate sales leads.
- Skilled in managing the entire enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and sales reporting to participating in large solution tender bidding.
